Chuck Green performed our home inspection on an older farmhouse and was great. He walked us through any concerns as he saw them and explained everything in terms we could understand. We hired Granite Home Inspections LLC for a recent home inspection and Chuck Green was our inspector. He was extremely thorough and gave us some excellent insight into the condition and maintenance of our new home. Even though the home was already in great condition, he was very honest about the issues that we may encounter in the future and took the time to record even minor imperfections that may need to be addressed. We highly recommend Chuck Green and Granite Home Inspections.

Chuck did a great job for us not one, but two times. His first inspection found serious issues with the property and probably saved us thousands of dollars in future repairs. He did such a good job we hired him again for the house we will close on in a few days. Highly recommend. Friendly, knowledgeable, answers questions and explains his process. Very satisfied customer.
