Chuck made our first home buying experience easy in regards to our inspection. He arrived early and was thorough. We needed a radon inspection as well and he coordinated that with someone else and he allowed us to combine the fee so we only had to pay him directly. He let us ask questions and pointed out a lot of things we didn't know about our house, it was very educational. Excellent!

I found out that the inspector marked a lot of items as satisfactory during our inspection when in actuality they were poor and need to be replaced. One year later, we are now facing $10,000 in structural damage and repairs all because of something that home-owners knew about and covered up. I wished that Granite Homes had caught this as it would have been an easy catch and we would have never bought this house. My husband and I do not recommend Granite Homes LLC.
