It take a long time for things to get fixed out here. They need a manager on site all the time.

Great place to live!
Your maintenance man, Johnny, is very nice and is responsive when asked to fix things. The grounds are well kept. The floors are squeaky when walked on causing people to be awakened from their sleep at night.
Clean and cheap one bedroom apartment with friendly staff
Great price for a place that is well maintained. Maintenance issues do actually get fixed. The location is relatively quiet, yet has easy access to several major roads. Neighbors are very friendly.
Lived here for 2 years and I think it is a lovely place to live.
Moved here one and a half years ago I had been walking by for 2 years with my dog and really loved it it's been wonderful they are friendly and quick to do things you will love it here
I like it here. I feel safe and comfortable and it is close to everything. There is a nice dog walking area. Maintenance comes in a reasonable amount of time. The patio is a nice size but I would like a little more closet space.
