My time at Northbrooke was truly unforgettable! As a first-time renter, I was navigating the process on my own, and Joseph’s trust and support made all the difference. He was always quick to respond to any issues, providing help whenever I needed it. The units were clean and well-maintained, and he handled everything promptly and respectfully. Me And my family lived at North Brooke apartments for over 5 years the second time we lived there. There was a new manager that had taken over the apartments when we moved in there the second time. We loved the apartment and the amenities. There’s a really nice pool and gym and there’s also a Laundry room on property. We had a washer and dryer in our apartment so we had no use for the laundry facility but it is available if needed. Joseph the manager is great. Being a young student it was difficult to find somewhere where I could feel safe coming home to, I can 100% say that The Northbrooke Apartments have made me feel welcome in every sense of the word. Even prior to moving in, Joe, the property manager was great at communicating and giving me honest answers all the time. As a single mom I felt really safe living there and had great neighbors for the 4 yrs I lived there. Joseph, the manager, listened to any concerns or problems I had and made sure to address them. I feel like he had our backs!
