Currently having the worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life. Brought my truck there 10 days ago for the airbag software recall and I am still without my truck. New module was ordered and received and they still have not received the programming from GM to complete the installation. The dealer also neglects to call me with updates. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unreasonable. Complete my service and give me my vehicle!
Nick and John Regan were awesome. They actually made the process enjoyable. Alyssa and Kayla are very valuable employees as well. Very enjoyable to be around those four.
Had my car serviced there for a navigation problem. They had my car for just about two days. No one called me the first day to even make sure it was OK to keep my car overnight, I called around 4:45. Then the second day I called again around 2 and was told it needed to be updated and how much it would cost. I don't think they even did anything but reset the radio. Best car buying experience I've ever had. From the salesman Keon to floor manager Arnie, Rosalee in financing and Mike the Mgr. Great team to work with. Clean friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend friends and family to go have an easy car leasing or buying experience. Keon took great care to review all the fabulous features in my new vehicles.
