This dealership is great... came here numerous times with 2 different cars. Tire and wheel warranty has almost paid for itself already! James Kobernick is an absolute rock star... went out of his way every time I was in! Stayed on top of all my issues and made sure I was happy every time I left. The only issue I ever had is loaner cars... other than that this dealership is a gem. I will never go anywhere else!
Bought a truck from Paramus Chevrolet warranty and all, I brought my truck to here for repairs cause its closest to me and they charge me to fix parts they broke whilst repairing my truck and never told me they broke my remote starter absolute rip off wouldn't go near them to buy a car or service it
Had an appointment was promptly taken, driven to work, called when it was done and when I got there only went to cashier and my car was ready to leave. Very efficient.
sold us a car in sept 16 and had nothing but trouble with it. battery, starter, power steering line, and now our defroster are all shot. service guys and finance lady are great, but they cant help wth this problem and the rest of departments just dont care. dont shop here. they will sell u a car, get thier money and wash their hands.. I hope we make it hom today, cant see out the window! thanks guys. Update 9/13: Wheel berrings more power steering issues. Mskes horrible sound $400 to fix. 🤗
Was a very good experience. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. Rep asked what services I needed and explained what they would do and generated paperwork which was ready in minutes. I was driven where I needed to go, and picked up when the car was ready later in the day. Superb!
Grand prize services department has treated me with a lot of respect. They have treated me like family . Everyone in the services department and also the auto body garage are very professional . I highly recommend anyone that needs their car services to come to grand prize !!!!🏎�🏎�🏎��
