They are extremely inflexible with their service schedule, and don’t offer some services on the weekends. I’d say take your money elsewhere.
I bought a vehicle there on September 4, 2019. They gave me a “we owe” for some touch-up paint. An inexpensive item but still, they said they’d send it to me since they didn’t have it there at time I picked up truck. I’ve called, left msg’s for salesperson Joe Lavigne, a sales manager, a finance manager and then sent them a complaint through their on-line system. I have received no contact from any of them for 3 full months about the item they owe.
Worst service ever and if I was stuck in front of there, I’d push it all the way to Paramus Chevrolet.
5 STARS Excellent Service, Professional and extremely Polite.
The worst service department.. They will rip you off... Took my car in for transmission issues they told me it was my steering pump and hoses, I needed rear brakes, windshield wipers, and a new tire. Thankfully i have a mechanic in the family, who had just had surgery so he couldn't work on my car, and said that doesn't make sense. They wanted $1700 for the work. Took my car to a different Chevy dealer and they said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car.
