Terrible customer service. I immediately had issues with the car with absolutely no response or help from the salesman chris. Would never purchase here again

Had the worst service experience ever! My check engine light came on unexpectedly and I decided to pop in to have it checked out. When I pull up I explained I didn’t have an appointment but was hoping they could run a diagnostic on it so I could be sure it wasn’t too serious until they fit me in. I informed her that I had purchased an extended warranty so if I needed a loaner car I should be covered. I needed to get an emergency services done, Frank took me in and accommodated me right away to leave the car. The following day my car was ready by noon. Frank was very attentive and professional. He called me to give me updates. I do see that Frank and Laura are back to Grand Prize, this makes me happy. This experience was very nice. Blessings everyone.

This is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. My son’s car is from here and so I have had the displeasure of dealing with them. Week 1 - The car went into Grand Prize Buick, located in Nanuet, NY (Route 304) due to the fact that both remotes to the car were not working. My son got stuck and the car had to be towed. I brought my 2020 GMC Yukon in for its first oil change. They tell me to wait and it will be about an hour. I go for a walk towards rockland bakery and I get a phone call to come back. There was a problem. The service department Misjudged the turn into the service bay and wrecked my rear door, quarter panel and tire. They provide me with a loaner smaller than my vehicle that didn’t accommodate my weekend lacrosse tournament and had my car for over a week. This service department is a complete joke. Take your business anywhere else you can!! 2x I have brought my car in for tire servicing(i purchased a service contract through the dealership I bought my Buick from to fix tires when compromised) TWICE Frank has been the most obnoxious and rude person I have ever dealt with in the service industry.
