RecommendedIts a very nice clean place..whole thing including rooms..great indoor pool that you can actually breathe in!! Hot tubs..workout room..clean laundry room. Nice people..good breakfast and reasonable price. I will return
Our sheets were obviously dirty from the LAST guests. LOTS of hair on our "clean" sheets. Had to change rooms at MIDNIGHT with my 2 daughters. Denied any refund or discount. Was told my compensation was that we were given a new clean room. Really? Isn't a clean room an expectation? Never again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Zero integrity.
Very fine high end hotel ,great staff close to everything ,will difiently come back again
We stayed here last night Tuesday March 14th, the rooms were clean, the beds were very comfy, even the pillows were comfy (a little small, but comfy). My 6 year old had fun in their pool. My husband and 6 year old enjoyed their breakfast. Unfortunately my youngest and I were sick this morning and we had to end our vacation early and the staff was very understanding about having to cancel our second night! Will definitely stay here again!
