Friendly staff, good parking, good breakfast. Not so thrilled about the shampoo in a hand soap dispenser.

Lobby full of people waiting to check in with only one person. Paper work to be filled out cannot be done ahead of time so we’re waiting twice on each person to check in.....

had a bad experience with another hotel and I found this one last minute...and we had a great stay, when I checked in they even bumped us up to a jacuzzi suite just because! ❤️ Super clean and cozy. Will definitely be back.

There was no WiFi and no cell phone signal in the buildings. The front desk staff was aware of this but failed to mention either at the time of check-in. They refused to refund us our money or even offer a discount after only being checked in for 20 minutes. We will not be returning and we will be contacting the manager.

First, we would like to thank you for staying with us. In regards to the Wi-Fi, it was due to an error on the part of our carrier and we they were finally able to fix it today and have put in place processes and procedures to prevent it happening again. As for discounts, and refunds: you had booked your reservation through a third-party, which ties our hands on what we are able to offer. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you have a safe trip home.

Service at this hotel was excellent. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. We were there for an Army reunion. They went out of their way to make our stay great! Everything was very clean. We would definitely use them again.

Rude staff, smirking, and snide. After checking in we decided not to be treated this way and left to a much more friendly hotel.
