The room looked nice. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. If you got too close to the edge it would collapse. The jacuzzi tub did work well. The staff is why I will not be staying at this hotel again. The staff at check in were very slow and only cared about reading some note that was left. Our second night I called and asked if I could have some towels brought to the room and was told “No, you can come to the front desk and pick them up”. There were two workers at the front desk. The staff was amazingly friendly!! It is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Warm complimentary breakfasts were a bonus! The staff made the stay worth while as they were extremely personable! Would highly recommend!
I do not recommend this place at all! Beware, you will be charged 10.00 per person per night if you have more than 2 people in your reservation/room. They have a second building with an outdoor pool only and you have to make a steep climb through the parking lot around a tall brick wall to get to the indoor pool/hot tubs in the other building. Hi Rheanna, we looked back at your reservation and it was booked through a 3rd party travel agency. Per this specific travel agencies policy, it only allows for 2 people in a room and it is the guests' responsibility for any additional members of your party. We have a receipt that we can send you for the charges that you were responsible for if you would like. Building 2 has larger rooms and larger lobby areas for less congestion.
