Overall, we had a very pleasant and wonderful experience staying here. Staff was more than helpful and friendly, king jacuzzi room was great, everything was to satisfactory
All the staff were wonderful, nice, polite, went out of their way to help me. The cleaning staff were very nice too. Bathroom always clean, with fresh towels if I needed them, handicapped shower was great. This is second year our group has stayed there, and looking forward to staying there next year.
At check in the man that checked us in didn't have a name tag on or offer his name at any point during the check in process, never informed us that we were put in an ADA room (handicap accessible). Got into the room there was a grey hair at the base of the TV (if the rooms were dusted this shouldn't have been missed), water pressure in the shower isn't worth a crap especially when you have thick hair trying to rinse shampoo and conditioner out, no type of movie channels (most hotels have at least one). This was an amazing hotel to stay in... has everything you need.. gives advice on things to do and where to go.. gives you space and privacy.. great indoor pool and hot tub... great beds, super comfortable.. very clean and close to everything... very friendly staff..best stay in a long time!!
