I am currently living at another Melbourne community but considering moving to Grand Oaks. They have everything I'm looking for that I don't currently have. The office staff has been very helpful in helping me make my decision.

My husband and I moved here a little over a month ago. I've read some of the bad reviews and I haven't found any of the things they mentioned. We have been made to feel welcome from the first time we came to see the apartments. We love the fact that whenever we drop into the office we are greeted with an enthusiastic "hi" and a smile. Sometimes treats if we're lucky....lol. It is very quiet and the grounds are kept up beautifully. Can't wait for the new workout room to be finished. Love the wildlife and the lake. My husband & I really really love it here! Moved in almost a month ago. Its beautiful, peaceful, we love the lake & ducks. We are walking daily now with the great weather. Lots of amenities. Great location. Everyone is very friendly & the staff are great! We feel so at home.. thank you!
