RecommendedBeautiful and clean and safe
We loved living at The Grand Oaks, my family moved to Florida for a year and if we had stayed in Florida we would have renewed our lease for another year. Staff are attentive and kind, they also put together some amazing parties and activities for the residents. We met many lifelong friends there... our apartment was large and beautiful, the property was also stunning. I would highly recommend The Grand Oaks to my friends and family. Miss this community...
We enjoyed living there. Be wary. Read the lease. The spoken word is far from what the lease says. We were misled twice. We contacted the corporate office and have not heard back.

I used to love this place it was so nice. Unfortunately, it’s changed I’m Not sure why, all of my neighbors are new, I’ve been here for a year and a half it’s my fourth upstairs one. The dog park was amazing, now the fence has been bent and broken for over a month, and there are bits of weed whacker string in it. It’s crazy expensive for what it is now. It’s really just not as good as it was.

I loved living at Grand Oaks! They’re pet friendly and that was a big deal to me. The staff was always friendly and maintenance needs were taken care of pretty fast. They have recently remodeled their entire community- inside and out! Go check this place out!
