Horrible,Apauling I recently had to take my cat to GIAH after he was attacked by a dog. It was the worst service I have ever had in my life. I live maybe 20 min away I had no other choice but to take him there because it was late at night. They had me filling out paperwork while my cat was sitting on the counter basically dying. I sat and waited for the vet at least 45 min, mind you they do not treat your animal untill you sign the sheet. really mad i recently had the displeasure of having to take my lab there after going to this vet for close to 30 years i was taken back by the lack of sympathy and care in the workers after paying well over $1000 for 1 nights stay x-rays and blood work i get a call the next day from them asking for over $500 more asking if i could be billed i was told no either pay or pick up your pet they now estimate the cost for care well i payed the estimated price and did my partonly to be given my sick dog back i will never ever go bac... read more

Superior Care, Compassionate Vets I have had to use their emergency services three times as of this date. Last time was the most urgent ?? I took my dog in when he couldn't breathe and they treated him immediately. His diagnosis was life threatening thus I was very sad. They took their time explaining to me his condition and let me come see him (though I feel they made an exception for me) in his oxygen cage. compassionate and caring facility The staff and doctors at this hospital are some of the most loyal and heartfelt people that I've had the pleasure of not only going to and working along side of. They have always treated my dog with so much love that its an actually treat to take her to the vet. Heartbroken I brought in my dog who was diagnosed with parvo, my dog had all his shots and he still got this horrible virus. After noticing how weak he got, I took him here with the hope of having not only the best care but with hope that they would save his life. I was able to gather the money needed to have him hospitalized and treat him with ivs. The doctor said it was a 50/50 chance but I prayed he would make it. Feeling like it was an emergency, I spent a quick half an hour online looking for a place with good reviews that would take emergencies.
