The day after Christmas is becoming a family tradition here. Being from Wisconsin and now living out of state it's perfect meeting place plus Lake Geneva is great. Overall the resort is great-the rooms and hallways need updating along with the lounge-ads more tables and chairs and ur wait staff there needs to be a little kinder. I can't believe how wonderful the holiday lights are this year! Such a great atmosphere for all! Enjoyed every minute with a small exception of the service at the piano bar. Other than that, BRAVO!
12/23/16 We spent our Night before Christmas Eve there this year and enjoyed our stay. We usually drive up to spend a few hours in Lake Geneva for Christmas, this time we decided to book a night. The decorations were beautiful! The room was nice. I do wish they had better accommodations for those with disabilities, like an elevator or luggage cart or instructions on the best way to get to the rooms. So beware or ask for help.

Loving the relaxed time here. Staff is exceptional! No problem too big or too small. Burnt out light or sound on the TV. Wonderful Christmas decorations and fun trolley rides.
Amazing experience! Our first time in Wisconsin and can not wait to come back. The food was amazing as well.
The Service is always 150% Perfect place to stay!
