Great mini get away! I thought rooms where kinda of pricey for size but all very worth it!! The staff was just so nice they make you feel right at home!!
We used a Groupon and upon arrival we checked in with Ashley. Poor poor poor customer service. I have never ever been more turned off by customer service than from how she treated us for using a Groupon. She gave us the worst room. I heard how other employees talked w guests and we got none of that. My husband and I stay at the resort at least once a year. I'm almost done with this resort. It was my girlfriend of 9 years birthday/valentine's day. I booked the premier king suite . It was very tasteful and I was very impressed with the quality of the room !granite countertops,hardwood flooring,beautiful late period marble in the bathroom with a oversized whirlpool tub and separate shower with 4 heads. a nice kitchen area with wet bar. Booked a last minute get away and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Our suite was lovely from the fireplace to the jacuzzi tub. Dinner at the Chophouse never disappoints! Champagne brunch was plentiful. Music trio in the lobby lounge was great.
Great place, Year after year, I always meet friendly happy people here around the fire pit.
