Pretty expensive for what they offer. Plus our room has weird marks on the ceiling
My husband and I went for just one night as a special quick getaway. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. We were very happy with the staff at the ski hill. The bartender (jamie?) made us feel like regulars on our first trip. We will be back!
There for convention. Room temp very cool. Lunch was awful. Wraps not good. Some kind of pumpkin tart looked and tasted like it was left over from thanksgiving. Coffee was weak. Dinner was a little better but potatoes were hard to find. Salad was turning brown on edges. Dessert was so so apple wrapped in dough with sugar on top. Tasted like it was still thawing out. We ate breakfast in the cafe and that was much better. Long corridors many levels stairs and ramps. Needs updating
We (group of 8 ladies) stayed in the Holiday Inn Club Vacation condos this past weekend. Condo was great except for additional amenities like toilet paper and towels. We took trolley up the the lodge and Gabe our driver was terrific! Very prompt service. Overall I would go back
It was a good stay, and we love coming here. This stay wasn't as good as others. I loved the text messages for assistance staff was prompt in responding. Spa though nice entirely overpriced. If you are going to charge $145 for a massage it should be at least 60 mins long. Also had several issues with invoice )had canceled some services prior to arrival that still appeared on bill as well as a discount for spa services that I was advised would be applied was not. We booked the NYE family package and were very happy with our stay! The skiing was great, the Mountain Top NYE party was so much fun, and the resort was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Awesome family weekend. We will be back for sure!
