Went there for lunch, food was good and priced fine but the service was not good. Took almost two hours to eat 😡
Not like it use to be.... Been stayin here for years and was really disappointed this time..Told my grandchildren we could do a s'more night by the fire pit only to find they are available on certain nights only.... Indoor pool was way too clorinated.... Nearly passed out from the smell..... Pool food is ok but really overpriced....Rooms are outdated and the beautiful grounds I remember so well were covered with weeds and old flowers from previous season....For the steep price tag per night I was totally disappointed....
Hotel is becoming really run down...too bad because it really is the one of the only resort style accommodations in Lake Geneva. Hotel needs a major update. The landscaping was never cleaned out from last year, weeds everywhere...not lush grounds like you would expect for the price tag. Bathrooms are disgusting, there is a one stall bathroom inside and down a flight of stairs for the entire pool. Not convenient with little ones. Restaurants are fair and overpriced. Great get away! Kasey our waitress at the outdoor pool area was amazing. Fresh water every hour all afternoon, along any drinks our food got wanted.
Father's Day brunch was spectacular ! Great service and better food and drinks!
