The room service left much to be desired the mini fridge is never working properly I have been here for 5 consecutive years for the 4th of July holiday and the last 4 years the fridge problem had occurred their housekeeping sucks. The staff needs to be retrained. Also the front desk does not offer any compensation for the inconveinience deeply disappointed

Best last minute trip ever. Fourth of July fireworks were out of this world. Nice room, great amenities. Absolutely MUST do Lake Geneva Canopy Tour Zip Line. My 13 year old daughter and I had a blast!! My only recommendations are they need to get a larger pool to accommodate all these guests. Plus, Sue and Ashley at the front desk stood out as the least pleasant of all the incredible staff we met there. They left us with less than nice feelings after such a gorgeous trip.
