My husband and I came for a little get-away to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We had not been there since it was the Playboy Club. We were not disappointed. The grounds were beautiful, our service at the outdoor bar by the pool was a "bit challenged" but still good. Our restaurant experience at the Grand Cafe was superb. Just returned from our annual visit to a Grand Geneva & wasn't disappointed! Our junior suite was beautiful & spacious. We enjoyed the New Glarus Beer Dinner & the Geneva Chophouse during our stay. If you are spending time by the pool, go early or during meal times or you'll be waiting forever for a pool chaise. Good thing the pool bar has delicious frozen beverages! We had a great time. Stayed at the Holiday Inn villas. Nice rooms with access to Grand Geneva. Had an issue with a broken fan. Called the desk moments after we got to the room. Maintenance was there to fix it within 35 minutes. I would definitely come back.
We had been at gurnee mills mall earlier yesterday and decided to do a last minute trip to your resort to spend our 11 year anniversary. It's so peaceful and beautiful here . I loved it here . And would definitely recommend it to anyone.
