We were greeted very warmly & staff was very helpful.We attended a Medical Staff Retreat & the facilities were great staff helpful & food excellent.Everything we needed was right where it should have been.
Chop House was very good. The lounge was amusing - live music, then DJ, and lots of people watching. Buffet breakfast in lobby restaurant was OK. Carpet a little dingy throughout. Housekeeping service could be better. They left some dirty glasses and brought me a dirty bath mat. Spa was very good - massage and pedi were well done and staff was friendly. Expect to see a lot of people who cruised up from Chicago for weekend + locals who were celebrating a big night out. I got a Groupon, which was a nice deal.
I was skeptical when booking this hotel because I came across many not so good reviews, but we had a great time celebrating our 5 year anniversary here. The room was clean, the king size bed was comfortable, the food/drinks were awesome (although pricey) and all the employees were friendly. Upon arrival, we received a card for a free bottle of champagne from any of the restaurants, courtesy of the front desk man. Very generous and kind! Don't stay at the holiday inn villas if you like peace and quite All kids with parents that don't care how obnoxious and loud they are. Don't stay on the first floor my mistake for not asking and the staff at grand Geneva is rude and doesn't even care the ihg Rep didn't catch her name but she was very condescending and she seems to think that type of noice is aok.
Love the Hotel and have been there several tims over the years and will keep going back. The staff was very accommodating and I did have some questions that were promptly answered and taken care of. Love this hotel. Would stay more often if they make it more affordable!
Excellent resort and spa. They have a lot of indoor amenities, to include a gym and pool. Multiple restaurants in the building, coffee shop, etc. For me it's out in the Wisconsin hills, fresh sir, beautiful scenery, and quiet. Take your significant other there for a weekend and just relax. I know I am.

Our resort associates follow a simple guideline of 'People pleasing People' and it's a wonderful thing to experience & see every day with all of our guests. I highly recommend visiting soon! :)
