Lovely Very quiet residential apartment complex, the management is helpful and friendly. The complex is more quiet than the neighborhood I moved from. The grounds are clean and neat. Pet friendly. I could not ask for more.
Me I like living here. There is just a few things I don't understand, like having an entertainment area, that we can't use, but advertise we have it to use. I wish I had a garage, but that's life in an apartment.
mgr Michelle is a great manager and always makes my leaving there easy and comfortable.
Renter my husband and I have lived here now for 1 1/2 years. We enjoy living here. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The apartments are updated,very clean and have plenty of storage. The pool and out door areas are kept very clean and in great condition. We have gone out looking at different complexes to see if there is something different out there and we coming back to what we have. Grass not greener on the other side. I have and will continue to recommend Grand Cypress to everyone. We feel like we are at home!!!!!
Grand Cypress Apartments I have been living at Grand Cypress Apartments for almost 1 year and I have overall enjoyed living here. It is a very safe and quiet place to live and my neighbors are very friendly. The apartments are a bit small for the high rent cost, but they are nice on the interior and the exterior is well kept. Overall a nice place to live!
Good, Bad, and Ugly Grand Cpress Apartments was my first choice when I was looking for an apartment close to my kids 3 years ago. Although, I had never lived in an apartment before, it was a great choice for me! The rent was affordable and everything was great. For the most part everything is still good, but after 3 years, there are some things that has changed. The rent went up reasonably the first two years.
