Love the living... (Verified Renter) Love the living situation. The pool is awesome. Maintenance is quick. The only complaint is the weight room needs maintenance and update. There is a dumbbell missing and one of the benches are stuck in a position. Other than that everything is perfect!

I?ve lived here... (Verified Renter) I?ve lived here 22 months and have enjoyed my stay! Despite recent break ins, I don?t have many complaints. My biggest complaint is that the area of the complex I live in has TERRIBLE parking. There should be a system in place for visitors so that the few spots we do have are for residents.
Living here is... (Verified Renter) Living here is great. It?s very laid back. The people who live here are friendly and mainly keep to themselves. The only concern I have is the growing concern of security. We have had a vehicle stolen from here, which was recovered, but the criminal activity only seems to be getting worse. My suggestion would be to hire commissioned (armed) security to act as a visible deterrent but also has the means to intervene in such activity.

STOP ILLEGALLY PARKING AND BLOCKING HANDICAP ACCESS So sick of the handicap access ramp by the pool being blocked by a cop that ILLEGALLY parks his personal vehicles in the fire lane that states NO PARKING all over it and he parks up on the handicap access ramp blocking it. Complex does nothing about it and walks past it multiple times a day. The other day his truck was parked in the fire lane blocking one handicap access ramp and he had a trailer with all his "toys" parked across the way in another fire lane blocking ANOTHE... read more
