Do your research first Great location easy access to 290 and a lot of shopping and grocery stores and dining near by. Maintenance guys are really good they strive on taking care of the community and are all friendly. I had one major issue with my A/C unit needed freon once a month and I put in trouble ticket after trouble ticket and finally they had to replace my unit because it would no longer take freon and in the meanwhile they did provide me with a small window unit until the issue was resolved which took about 7 days I ... read more

Cars left on blocks and no security. There have been multiple incidents where multiple vehicles have had their car tires stolen with the cars left on blocks. I’ve lived here for 3 and a half years and today there were three more vehicles left on blocks, that makes a total of 10 cars this has happened to in my short time here. When you call the complex to see what is being done to try and add security they will say they’re putting up more cameras but that clearly has not done anything. No security. No amenities. Raising rent? In the 3 years I’ve lived here the rent has gone up every single year and for the price you might expect there to be a sense of security. However, the Clubhouse burned down summer 2020 and has been under “Renovation” for 11 months. The gates have to stay open all day so you possible residents can come and tour. Thief’s have taken notice and I have personally seen multiple bicycles stolen in the middle of the workday where thief’s simply walk into the open gates and see themselves arou... read more

My experience has... (Verified Renter) My experience has been great living here. It's always nice and quiet, whenever you put in maintenance request they take care of things quickly! I also love they the office keeps us updated on upcoming events and also if their is ever any crime going on in the area. They communicate very well!

Front office staff... (Verified Renter) Front office staff are helpful. Grounds are mainly well kept. Apartments are in need of some updating. Upstairs neighbor is extremely loud.
I have enjoyed... (Verified Renter) I have enjoyed living at Grand Cypress apartments. It is a quiet complex with a lot of families. Management has been helpful and always informs us when something is happening in the area (break ins, theft, etc).
Overall great complex... (Verified Renter) Overall great complex to live in. Some issues with parking occasionally, wish there was more, but for the most part, it?s been great. Maintenance is very prompt and grounds are kept nice. The gym could have 1-2 more pieces of equipment to make it a little more competitive, but it in pinch it gets the job done.
