Well I was planning on making a reservation for my family of 5 for Spring Break next month, but after reading all of the reviews and responses from the resorts staff I have decided to look elsewhere. All of the 1 & 2 star reviews seem very consistent and all the same which is very concerning and the fact there are only comments from the resort on the 4 & 5 star reviews and no kind of apology on the 1 & 2 star reviews is really disappointing. IM REALLY BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE SO I THINK I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!
Clean rooms. Excellent water park. Good pizza. Friendly staff. We did the Winter Special $199 and got 2 large pizzas, free $10 game credit, free pet show tickets, free indoor golf! Awesome package. We appreciate y'all
We love this place we have been coming for years. We have always gotten great service. Love there comedy show and Amazing Pets.
Way over priced extremely packed if I could have got a refund we would have left didn't even stay in the water park for an hour our family will probably never come back!
Stayed here on President Day weekend. They were super busy. However, they did call to make sure we were still coming and were able to hold our reservation ( since we weren't checking in til Saturday). The room was clean and the kids had a blast bouncing between swim park and arcade. Thanks for the great stay!!
Was very disappointed. ..first off we showed up at 3pm. Waited in line for 30 minutes, paid for our room then was told room wouldn't be ready till after 6pm. Came back at 630 to stand in line again for over 20 minutes just waiting to get a key to a room. Mind you after being on the road for a few hours it would have been nice to refresh earlier than 630pm. The water at the indoor park was like ice so the "warm" tubs were full of kids using them as swimming pools. Guess it's ok if you take a bunch of kids and don't mind waiti... read more

It was pretty fun with the family even though the lifeguards were super hateful..
We had never been to Missouri before and I'm so happy we stayed here. I'd also never been able to actually relax on a vacation before. We were able to stay for 4 days at this resort and had an amazing and relaxing time! The indoor waterpark is sooo fun and everybody on staff is super friendly. We, all 4 of us, had the breakfast buffet for under $30 and then had our pictures taken with Santa. The woman who was working at Glenn's Frozen Custard stand was wonderful and the pizza place(we ordered half cheese and half pepperoni) ... read more
