This place is the absolute best.... I would highly recommend them and the all inclusive package is amazing and saves so much money
We always stay here! The first time we brought our granddaughter here we ate at the buffet! She wanted pancakes! The only thing NOT on the buffet! We told our waitress and she said no problem! We can take care of that! They made her mix key mouse shaped pancakes! She was so excited! They go out of their way for their guests! Highly recommend this hotel!

From the Amazing room with a "fort" in it, to the 24 hr pool... We have been pleased since check in! Great value and excellent service! I will return! Wonderful experience!!! My daughter said to add the best pizza ever! I actually have to agree the food was great!
This place is disgusting. We saw two spiders in our room. And a roach crawling on the ceiling in the night. Plus, our air conditioner barely worked. After walking barefoot on the floors my feet were nasty. Overall disgusting and miserable experience. :-/
The management needs some lessons in customer service. Try to find a time on website or print material as to times for water park. Explain the fact that it opens at 10 to a 4 y/o at 9am after they have walked across the entire park in anticipation. And good luck at checking in at 3. The check in time should read "whenever we desire--maybe 3, but maybe 5."
We planned to go to the Waterpark. Mom, dad and young son were going to play. Grandma and grandpa were just going to take care of 7 month old granddaughter and watch the others. We called for prices and were told, quite bluntly, that EVERYONE pays even just to watch. At $15 per person, that was too much. So grandparents stayed home with the baby, missing the chance to watch 3 year old grandson and get some treasured photos.
Great place for the whole family. We stayed 2 nights and didn't leave the resort once.
