We stayed during the winter package deal. My kids and I loved it. We had so much fun. The room was super nice had a fridge and microwave. They loved that they had their own clubhouse in the room. Waterpark was awesome kids never wanted to leave. We spent most of our time there. Make sure you book your show before arriving because if not you may get stuck in the back on the day you are leaving. Great experience. We are definitely going back.. Came back Dec 9 thru 11.. So arrived at 1:37 on Thursday to get our room didn't get our room til 7pm at night have stayed here 6 times before this never had a problem this time was a bad experience the manger was rude n so was the ladies at front desk then they trying to give me a cheaper room n told me me they would not give back none of my money for our wait or try to give us anything else to make up for wait. It was the worsed hotel experience of my life the employees hated there job and it showed the room was dirty it took them 6hrs after we got there to get us in our room on the third floor ( they were running a little behind) there was hair in the shower on the toilet seat and on the floor , discusting then we called down to make reservations for the shows they were sold out now were mad wentd down to get our monry back they smiled and told us no we had to give them 24 hr notice . Check in is at three. No room at 3. No room at 5. No room at 7... Huge line in the lobby. All with the same problem. If I ever make it through the line I'm gonna ask for a refund

Check in suppose to be at 3pm. Was told to check back at 5pm because room wasn't ready. Was told they were short staffed. Went back at 5 pm and there were at least 20 people in line with more coming in. No rooms were ready for anyone. Some people weren't getting rooms til after 8pm. A free night or free breakfast or something should have been offered to compensate. Instead the staff acted like we were to blame and lucky to get what we got. I absolutely love this place! Took my family there on spring break and we had a blast it was worth every penny! Definitely coming back for summer break! The club house rooms are awesome! The water park was the best!

This was our first trip to branson. We got the $198 pkg for 2 nights and all the extras. You really don't have to even leave the resort grounds they have so much to do and plenty if diff eating places to choose from. Plus a gift shop and fudge shoppe. The beds were comfortable and the pillows weren't those crappy flat ones at most places. The indoor water park was awesome. We will def be back and we've told all our friends and family about it.
