Love the place. Nothing bad to say and go there quite s bit and take friends. Love the show too a Brandon landmark and well worth it
Our family is leaving Grand Country today and we are so sad! This has been an exceptional stay from start to finish. I honestly have absolutely nothing negative that I could possibly say about this trip. And the all-inclusive package was by far and away the best decision we could have ever made.

Grand Country Inn is the place to stay. Room was very clean. Staff friendly. It rained so we couldn't use the outdoor water park but we loved the indoor wate park. Will be back for sure and will recommend to everyone.

What an awesome place to take a vacation. We are from Alabama and were trying to find someplace different to take our kiddos. I found a Groupon they were offering, it was a great package deal.....so we decided to load up and head North. The rooms were great, the people were super sweet and the amount of things for the kids to do was amazing. My 2 year old and my 14 year old did not want to leave the indoor and outdoor water park. Horrible place! Water was so dirty in the 'water park' that our 3 boys wouldn't go near it. It's more like a splash park, not water park. Nothing like what the website advertised. Staff was rude and room wasn't ready for 3 hours after check in time. The room was dirty as well. Everything is outdated. Bad experience this past weekend!!
We had a great time. The service at the buffet was nice. The rooms was clean and they maid the beds every morning. Except if you have stuff on a bed, they won't make that one. Which makes since.
We loved the stay and would do it again
My husband, two kids and myself stayed for about a week. We loved it. I'm a housekeeper in a hospital so I know What clean needs to be. This place was spotless. Thanks to the housekeeping staff. They have an Awesome buffet. The pools and other activities kept my 8 and 15 year old kids occupied. Big Plus is my husband has to have dialysis so the center was a short drive. We had a great time at Grand Country and will Definitely go again. Thanks again so much.
What a great place for families! Our five year old has had a blast in the water park, playing games at the arcade and playing miniature golf!
