We were gifted a stay at the Grand Country Resort and we loved everything about our stay. The room was clean, the indoor water park was awesome, and the staff was very pleasant. We will definitely be back soon! ❤️
Everything there is great
staff is uninformative says will charge credit card 24 hours in advance of stay charge my account over 48 hrs in advance of my stay due to being booked and would not give any explanations and supervisor was rude and not helpful
There were roaches in the beds and bathroom. When we told management they said they would send maintenance to “investigate” even we showed photos and videos. Several other customers came to complain as well and left the following night.
rooms r great! easy check in
Stayed last weekend. The hotel and water park were very nice. The best part was the staff! Very friendly and helpful. I lost my Apple Watch during our stay, i called and they searched the room and couldn’t find it. I mentioned how I was worried it got thrown away. 15 minutes last they called back and Maria from housekeeping actually got in the dumpster and found my watch! Such great customer service. My kids has a great time! We can’t wait to go back.
I booked two nights at Grand Country through Groupon. my dad was unexpectedly hospitalized 2 days before my reservation. I called Grand country and I was told they could not do anything I would need to call Groupon. I emailed Groupon because the customer service is not open on the weekend. After a WEEK and several emails Groupon informed me I could not be refunded my money because it was not canceled four days in advance.
