Have been trying to call for info all day with no answer. Had a group wanting to know pricing for the water park. This place will never get our business again. You just lost out on 20 people coming in way to go.
RecommendedThis was a great place to take the family for a weekend getaway. We rode go carts, XD rides, played at the water park, went to Amazing Pets Show, and ate at the buffet and pizza place. The candy shoppe was a huge hit for my kids and the resort was close to other attractions we visited. Rates were affordable, room was clean and perfect size for a family of four. The package we got was a great deal on Groupon. Everyone had a wonderful time. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We will definitely return!

Employee stored my credit card information, ran charges 10 days after I was there, then tried to use my account to transfer money overseas.

very clean & comfortable room; good sized mini-fridge to hold some breakfast/ late snack items. Friendly staff. the winter package was a good value. take advantage of the indoor pool/hot tub. the indoor go-carts were a surprise favorite for all of us. will definitely visit again.
The resort was family friendly and pleasant. However, We saw a show called Amazing Pets and I was completely traumatized as someone who loves animals. The cats were all underfed, there were a few very old animals who should not be force into performing. At one point a dog was not rolling and the owner kicked or stepped on him, the dog yelped, but of course they wouldn’t allow recording so I didn’t get it on video.
