This place is great! We stayed two nights on a groupon with our 11 and 14 yr olds. We stayed in bldg 3 which is clear across the parking lot from the water park, but everything was still within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful and with the water park, pools, fun spot and shows there was always something to keep us busy! Papa Grands Pizza and the buffet were delicious and as a guest we received free iced tea throughout the facility! I would highly recommend this place to anyone with kids or grandkids ... read more
Are kids n us enjoyed everything about this from food to shows to the awesome waterpark....we will be back. Kids love it
I brought my daughter here for her 8th birthday. The hotel,water park and fun spot was amazing. I do have one complaint, my car got broken into and I went to the front desk. I was told 3 times that the manager would call me. Never did I receive a phone call.
My family and I have stayed here this week. We have really enjoyed our stay. The waterpark is great!! The grand buffet is fabulous! I love the arcade and gift shops. I also love that you can walk to so much from here. We will definitely be back.
This place advertises itself as a clean and family friendly place. Buffet was gross and overpriced! Arcade is nothing to rave about. Water park is tiny! Bunk rooms are not big at all for the price you pay. After my second day there I felt dirty because the place is just that...dirty! Upon getting home four hours later my daughter had left her tablet in her bunk bed and we called and they said it was not there. Yeah right! Nothing is ever perfect but the staff that worked with us was nice. We've gone twice my children love it. I did have to request a better room second time but they did give a better one. Food was good like the pizza bar the restaurant people were not to nice but ya know we all have those days. Water Park, golf and arcade people were super nice. This resort needs to shut down the Amazing Pets show. Our family attended last week and it was abundantly clear that these animals are trained using unethical tactics. The animals were clearly afraid of the trainer and would cower when he would get close, the cats were actually hissing at him. My children and I left mid-show in tears after seeing how miserable those poor animals are.
