We loved our stay here! The clubhouse room was perfect and very clean. The food was amazing! We loved the pool and the water parks! We had fun playing mini golf, riding the go karts and playing in the arcade. The cake each night was a special treat! The shows were very entertaining. Lastly, the staff was friendly and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

The management team is horrible! I rented a roll a way bed for two nights. I called the second night prior to bedtimes and spoke to Marsha about not needing the 2nd night as well as my refund. She spoke to me regarding the method of refund and took the name of who was to come to office and receive funds. Alphoso came and picked bed up...2hrs later still nothing regarding refund. I call and now speak to Peggy who says no refund and that Marsha left her a note stating no refund?? Upon me trying to speak with Peggy she repeated... read more
