We moved to the Grand as a place to live temporarily till we found a house. We have made it a home. The property is always well maintained. The entire staff is always helpful. If you have issues they are fixed immediately. We love the Grand and are so glad we made it our home!

Great place to live on the Coast and close to everything! Grand Biscayne is very involved with the kids holding all kinds of fun events year round. Not to mention the beautiful pool and clean grounds! We have a wonderful office staff and on site Officers for your convenience!!
