It was beautiful and very quiet. I was there with a friend of mine. I enjoyed my time there. It was an awesome experience.

We lived there for 4 years. The staff was always helpful and smiling and maintenance was always there and quick to fix whatever was needed. Everyone was pleasant. The lawn maintenance was kept up, as well. They did a complete remodel of the gym while we were living there and replaced with all new equipment. The pool was opened most of the time (only closed for maintenance), and enjoyed by my family. I've lived here since May and I haven't had a big problem with anything. The apartments themselves are nice, the grounds are well kept (minus the wooden fence that needs a bit of repair), and the staff is very sweet and friendly. The only thing that would make this complex better is adding a Fenced in area for all of the dog owners to take their pups off leash. There's a large open area near the front of the complex that would be perfect to fence in for it. But over all, this is definitely a great place to live.

I am a senior and I moved in here at the end of April. I love my apartment. The office staff are just great and very helpful. The maintenance staff are wonderful and very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. The grounds are always looking well kept. Grand Biscayne is a very nice place for seniors.
