RecommendedGreat place to live with a nice pool and a pond for the ducks. The apartments are renovated and very spacious at a great price in a great location! I love living here! The management and staff are always friendly and helpful if you need anything.

The rooms are good size and the prices are great. I love the location and all the old oak trees are lovely. They need to improve maintenance and other amenities.
Worse management ever i been living in this apartments for 12 years I still waiting for you guys to fix my bathroom is been broke for 3months :/

I just read an article in the news and observer and couldn't believe what I was reading. Who in their right mind would ban a book mobile that helps children read and keep them reading over the summer!? The teachers from Lacy Elementary are taking time every week to bring books to students who attend their school only to be turned away because this complex FORBIDS EVENTS NOT SUPPORTED BY THE COPORATE OWNER.
