Joe has a great knowledge of DuPage County and the real estate market. For example, we looked at a home in my price range and Joe said this would go for more. He represented the seller and passed a fraudulent wire link to my realtor and insisted it was valid. I nearly sent my security deposit via wire fraud and had to close my bank account that I've used for 20+ years. But the real problem I had was that he never apologized.
