I worked with Joe on the sale of my home in the Naperville area, and had a great experience. Our consult meeting clearly laid out goal and priorities for me as the seller. Joe has a lot of great resources when you have to go into prep mode, as well as some great pricing tools to ensure that the difficult task of choosing a selling price is aligned with your goals as the seller. My experience was excellent through the entire process, from planning, to showing, to closing.
He represented the seller and passed a fraudulent wire link to my realtor and insisted it was valid. I nearly sent my security deposit via wire fraud and had to close my bank account that I've used for 20+ years. But the real problem I had was that he never apologized.
