My husband and I were very lucky to come across Joe, when we were scoping out a house to buy, that he was the listing agent. Joe did a fantastic job for us. I started out with the attitude of I don't need a realtor, but after getting together with Joe and him pointing out a lot of things I was over looking I was very glad we teamed up with him. We started dealing with him while we still lived in Tennessee and he went to several houses and did a video walk thru with us and a couple with our son and daughter-in-law.
