Somehow my reviews here do not stay posted. My vehicle had a major recall for airbags. Was told I would have a loaner car at dropoff. Show for my appointment and they state no loners or shuttle service. Customer service is not existant. They called the day before as a reminder of appointment with no information of their policy change for loaner car. One department just blames another for the major inconvenience. Airbag recall on an 08 adage. Was told I would have a loaner car, get there no loaner car or shuttle service. Employees just point the finger at the person I scheduled with. Just received a letter telling me that a mobile service is available to remedy the recall. Graham didn't state this, told me I would have a loaner car as stated in the BMV notice I received. I will never buy a car here or have work done at this location. They tell you one thing and when you show up you're walking. It took them five hours, I am so disgust... read more
