I think that Dr. Graf is one of the finest and most professional physicians. I have very bad allergies. I saw another group of allergists in the past and what a difference it is to with with Dr. Graf for my bee and other allergies. He and his staff are amazing!
Dr. Graf is a great doctor and very kind. The nurses are also very friendly. Unfortunately, the front office staff are consistently rude as hell. I would not go to this office again, unless Dr. Graf fire his pathetic and incompetent front office staff.
Judy the office manager was very unprofessional and rude. When talking to her she just brushed me off trying to be rid of me as soon as possible. As a human being, I would ask for some level of decency and respect. Good luck to the patients in this office who have to interact with her.
Martin keeps it old school. You shouldn't expect to find the latest and greatest tech gadgetry here, but you should expect to find warmth, personality and good old-fashion respect for doctor-patient relationships. Dr. Graf invited me into his office and to sit down at his desk to explain the purpose of my visit. Imagine that! A doctor that is willing to talk about the reason I'm at his office.
