There's a new guy working the front (not sure his name). His customer service is out of this world and he knows the products quite well. Most definitely will be back.
Greatest selection of meat in Little Italy!
I’ve always loved their dry-aged steaks, the quality is great and they sell them at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the customer service today. I called to ask about the price of a particular cut, and the staff member was quite rude and simply hung up on me. It felt very unprofessional, especially as a returning customer who genuinely likes their products. I hope they can improve their customer service going forward.
