Walking into facility front desk was very helpful directing me to correct area. Reception at Dr office very friendly and knowledgeable about my appointment. Dr Jere and her nurse were awesome. Both were helpful making me very comfortable while listening to my medical issues and making suggestions for my well-being.
Everyone was nice. I felt like my questions were answered. Dr Grace Jere was excellent.
She listens answers your questions always pleasant if you need to see another or have a test she takes care of it in a timely manner will not change doctors
Dr. Jere was attentive and thorough in reviewing all my tests and health issues and in answering all my questions. The front staff were very pleasant with an efficient check in process. I was seen on time.The Healow check in process was seamless!
