I attempted to take my VW GTI in for some warranty work as it is still under the new car warranty. However upon making an appointment for some warranty work and requesting a courtesy car, the individual with whom I spoke in the service department informed me that Gossett VW on Covington Pike no longer offers courtesy cars for vehicles receiving warranty work. BEWARE of any recommendations made by the mechanics in their service dept. Took my Jetta in yesterday for safety call fix on the airbag. Of course, they inspected my vehicle to ensure that it was in top-notch shape. They said I needed a new engine air filter, the rear brakes were pretty worn and the tires were in the "yellow zone".
