Had the best experience at Gossett this week! George Anderson was a great sales associate who really cares and is nice to work with. The entire staff was amazing and I Love my new Atlas! Even better third row than I imagined!
I went in this morning to get a oil change and the staff was super rude!!! I bought my car from this same dealership!! Gossett Motors on Covington Pike and I never experience such rude customer services like this!!!! I came in and Mr.Campbell said "it's a 3 hour wait for a oil change" then rolled his eyes and walked out..he didn't give me the option to wait or leave my car or anything!! Then Louis did a diagnostic test on my car due to my check engine light being on and he act like he didn't want to do that! I had to go to a... read more

Good service. Terrible "wifi." Couldn't get any work whatsoever done during my wait.
i had gone online to schedule an appt but didn't get a confirmation. I showed up anyway and they helped me right away. The guys are really friendly and the wait was shirtnand the waiting area was comfortable.
