The worst experience ever. Customer service sucks. Never a call back about your car. I feel Gossett is a very prejudiced establishment. Black customers are treated a certain way. My husband paid cash for a 2009 Volkswagen Beetle for Mother's Day,I hadn't rode it a day without problems. That was my dream car, now I have my doubts. I keep taking it back. They say it's fixed, then another problem, IS ANYBODY LISTENING... Do you sell lemons ??....."BLACK PEOPLE BEWARE"...Disgruntled Customer.......ARE YOU LISTENING ???????
Salesman was very unprofessional asked questions that didn’t matter to what I was looking at and on top of that had a mouth full of dip so made me so mad I had to deal with the sales manager with everything else and he was to the point which is what you want when going to a dealership if I go back it’s just cause of the sales manager and will deal with no one else at the dealership
