Very bad service! Ordered parts online to find out they wanted extra for shipping on top of the shipping they already charged! So I told them to cancel the order and refund me ! They will never get back to you or return any response!

When you purchase a part, the dimensions and weight are embedded into the system. Sometimes when we package the item to meet FedEx packaging guidelines it might exceed the dimensions listed. Called on a Thursday to get a quote on the power steering pump because the first place I went quoted me $2200. They told me it would cost about $1200. I asked if it could be done by Monday because I had broken down while just passing through, was staying in a hotel. I was told that was totally doable, so I agreed to have it towed over there thinking I would save money. I come in on Monday and they told me for $2200 it'll be done MAYBE by Friday. We regret that Mr. L**** is not satisfied with his recent visit to Gossett Motor Cars. However, Mr. L****' depiction of his service experience with our dealership is inaccurate on several accounts. Mr. L**** states, "but I wound up paying $2200 for the job, and I see the part online for between $100 to $400, and they told me I had to get the one that costs $1600." UPDATE! I've been in contact with the dealer since the original review and wanted to post that things are being worked out and I'm in process of getting the repair needed. It couldn't have happened at a worse time, during the Christmas holidays. Still boggles my mind how some people get a job working in customer service that don't have very good people skills. Now, what I'm about to say doesn't apply to the sales of the car. As a matter of fact, buying our cars from Gossett Kia was pretty painless but we went in to buy a car without having to buy a car because of being stranded on the roadside. My problem with Gossett Kia is their atrocious service department and customer care, or I should say, lack of customer care. My experience with Gossett was absolutely TERRIBLE........... They tell a lot of lies and try covering them up for each other. NEVER buy a vehicle from them.

I recently visited Gossett Motors on Covington pike with the intention of buying a car. While I was looking, I was approached by a salesmen, Eric R******, who was so aggressive and persistent that he would not leave me alone. I tried multiple times to ask him to leave and let him know that I would call or come find him when I was ready to purchase but he would not leave.
