I've been bringing my car here for basic service since 2019. When I got home today, I decided to check to see if everything they checked on the receipt was correct. Under the hood, I found coolant, brake fluid, etc,... bone dry. I hurried back to ***. Once I parked, the new oil began to drain from the engine into the parking lot. On August 17 I taking my car in for a routine oil change as I am done 3 Times before with Gossett **********. I've never had an issue or problem. After my oil change I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I informed them of the leak and I brought it in exactly a week later. I was told over the phone is would be covered, I would get a loaner car, etc etc. when I got there that was not the case. I purchased a 2019 chevy colorado from gossett motor cars on 7/21/2021. I asked the sales manager upon signing the paperwork would I be able to return the vehicle if I'm not satisfied and he said "no because Tennessee does not have a vehicle return policy anymore no matter how long i keep the vehicle. I'm not fully satisfied with my purchase because I believe that I was overcharged because it doesn't have all options that one would expect for the price that was charged to me.

Today I was at Gosset Motor Cars to pick up my truck, when I got there I was helped by Mike J******, and was yelled at he treated me in Avery bad manner, when asked him questions about what needed to be done he just handed the papers and told me, " it says in there", so he did not wanted to to take the time and explain it to me. Kia on covington pike Service Dept. Just Sucks. I have had my car over there for 2 weeks, and when I call they just say they are working on it. I have been calling the Service manager 3 times now without a call back. I have call the general manager 3 times now with a call back. The service writers pit me on hold for 30 mins, just to tell me they are working on it. For something that should about a hour to fix 2 weeks is enough. I'm going to get my car back .

Gossett Kia Mount Moriah has the worst customer service. I came in on this passed Saturday and per my conversation with one of their representatives in the service department, I was to come back on Monday to pay for my car parts and they would schedule me an appointment to get the issue with my car fixed. I showed up, the representative was gone to a doctor's appointment but did not leave the information or a note in the system.
