I could not be more happy with my experience and custom made jewelry! This place is so special. My fiancé had my engagement ring custom built and it is BEAUTIFUL. He bragged about how great they were to work with, so they were the obvious choice when we were looking into wedding bands. They are honest and detail oriented. The customer service and quality are top notch. I called Charlie back in January after I lost a stone (maybe 2) in my wedding bad, that I had just gotten back from another local jewelry repair store. I got the ring back and within a day or two the stones were gone. Charlie was so nice and said I could drop it off and he’d take care of it and check all of the prongs. I got it back when it was promised and it was beautiful! I decided to wanted to get my rings soldered together so I went back to Charlie a few weeks later. He said he could take care it, no problem. I met the jeweler when I came in to get a new watch battery. He very quickly got me taken care of and showed me his custom made jewelry while I was there. The service was friendly and helpful and I will come back for future shopping needs and wants!
