They ruined my medical splints and threatened me to take down the review. They are angry that I commented that it took forever to get my splints back, that were ruined. In their own receipt it shows that they were over 2 months late to complete a simple ring sizing. Someone doesn't know what anti slapp means and it shows
Went in to get an engagement ring resized and Sam Edward’s got it done within a few hours, picked it up later the same day! Such great service, fair pricing, and he did a great job on the ring!

Meredith and Mr. Edwards are both absolute angels. They were kind and honest with me about my engagement ring and the repair process. It’s obviously a very sentimental piece and they were both so respectful and gentle with it. I picked it up and it looks better than ever and I feel so confident in the repair! I have absolutely found my new jewelers for life, I had the best possible experience with them and left their store in happy tears. Thank you thank you thank you!!
