I had my wedding ring of 37 years resized recently. When I got the ring back, I paid my bill and nothing was said. When inspecting the ring in the car on the way home, the exterior of the ring was flawless, but then my wife noticed the inside inscription was marred (two of her three initials were gone). So we turned around and were told the ring broke during the resizing process and had to be resized at the breaking point. I would give negative stars if I could. They set a center stone in a 3 ring setting and its not even centered. They also set a stone into my engagement ring and cut the prongs down really short so that the culet (bottom point on the stone) was actually into the bottom of the head. Ray Wright was not asked to make the prongs shorter. It took ALOT away from the appearance of my ring. I asked him to correct his mistake and he wanted to charge me another $200 to correct the error he made. Furious!!
