Absolutely great. Easy to work with, good prices, knows his stuff, great follow uo,
Great job with our sprinkler repairs. All working and replaced one head with a better style sprinkler head.
There were some minor issues that arose less than one day after completion of the system, Mike took the time to come out and fix this issue right away. I have to say that their communication with me on what they could do, be willing to do, and what I should be expecting is phenomenal .

I was not able to meet them at the house like I had planned. They completed the work as my adult son was home. I did not leave payment with my son, but they left an invoice so that I could pay by mail. They were able to confirm that my drip system had water in it, but if it wasn't functioning properly, it could be electronic. They said they would be happy to check it out thoroughly in the spring when we turned the system back on.
Mike was prompt, courteous and professional. I will definitely use Gordon's again.
